By placing a wholesale or bulk order with Asharfi365, the buyer agrees to all terms mentioned in this policy.

• Wholesale and bulk orders are produced in batches.

• No fixed delivery timeline applies to wholesale orders.

• Discussed

• Mutually agreed

• Confirmed before production begins

Asharfi365 shall not be liable for delays arising from large lot sizes or unforeseen production circumstances.

6. PAYMENT TERMS

• Advance payment may be required to initiate production.

• Payment structure (advance / balance) is communicated at the time of order confirmation.

• Full payment must be completed before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to adhere to payment terms may result in order delay or cancellation.

7. ORDER CONFIRMATION & MODIFICATIONS

• Wholesale orders are confirmed only after:

• Design approval

• Quantity finalization

• Payment terms agreement

• Once production begins:

• Order modifications are not permitted

• Cancellations are not allowed

8. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

• Wholesale and bulk orders are STRICTLY NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.

• No exchange is permitted for wholesale orders.

• Asharfi365 does not accept cancellations once production has started.

This policy is in place due to the customized and batch-production nature of wholesale orders.

Asharfi365 ensures strict quality control during production.

• Minor variations in color, embroidery, or fabric texture may occur due to:

• Dyeing process

• Fabric availability

• Handcrafted workmanship

Such variations shall not be considered defects.

10. SHIPPING & LOGISTICS

• Shipping charges for wholesale orders are calculated separately.

• Shipping responsibility transfers to the buyer upon dispatch.

• Asharfi365 is not responsible for courier delays or damages during transit.

• All designs, patterns, and concepts developed by Asharfi365 remain its intellectual property.

• Wholesale buyers are not permitted to:

• Copy designs

• Reproduce patterns

• Claim ownership

12. TERMINATION OF WHOLESALE RELATIONSHIP

Asharfi365 reserves the right to:
