2. GARMENT CARE INSTRUCTIONS

All garments manufactured by Asharfi365 require special care due to the use of premium fabrics, hand embroidery, and delicate craftsmanship.

Recommended Care:

• Dry clean only

• Store in a breathable garment cover

• Keep away from moisture and humidity

• Avoid direct sunlight exposure

• Handle embroidery, buttons, and embellishments with care

Not Recommended:

• Machine wash

• Hand wash

• Ironing directly on embroidery

• Using harsh chemicals or detergents

Asharfi365 shall not be responsible for damage caused due to improper care or handling.

3.2 Custom-Made Orders

• Custom garments are stitched based on measurements shared or approved by the customer

• Asharfi365 is not responsible for fitting issues caused by:

• Incorrect measurements provided by the customer

• Changes in body size after order confirmation

Custom orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund due to fitting preferences.

3.3 Wholesale Orders

• Wholesale garments are produced as per approved size sets

• Alterations are not covered under wholesale orders
