2. APPLICABILITY OF RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges are applicable ONLY for retail orders, subject to the conditions mentioned below.

Custom-made garments are NOT eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
❌ Wholesale / Bulk Orders
Wholesale and bulk orders are STRICTLY NON-RETURNABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE.

3. RETURN WINDOW (RETAIL ORDERS ONLY)
• Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
• Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted
• The return window starts from the date of successful delivery

A return or exchange may be considered only in the following cases:

• Delay complaints raised beyond delivery timeline
• Damage caused after delivery

• Customer must contact Asharfi365 within 7 days of delivery
• Clear images of the product must be shared for inspection
• Return approval is subject to quality verification
• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

• Exchanges are processed only after return approval
• Replacement depends on stock availability
